My favorite yoga spot

Arrive 15 minutes early for class. Doors lock at start time so failure to arrive on time will result in missing your session.

  • Do not eat anything heavy for 2-3 hours before class.

  • Bring a bottle of water with you and drink extra water the day of class and the day before.

  • For safety, yoga mats are required. Bring a mat with you or be prepared to rent one at the studio for $1. New mats can also be purchased upon arrival.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that is lightweight and nonrestrictive. No sock or shoes required.

  • Let your instructor know if you have any injuries or limitations before session starts.

  • Once you enter the yoga studio, refrain from speaking. Time spent in the studio is meant for quiet meditation and mental preparation for the session. If you wish to speak with friends or use your cell phone before class, you may do so in the reception or lounge areas.
